Bilyeu Creek. It all started with the Bilyeu family. They’ve lived along the banks since the pioneer days, dating back to around 1852. Sometimes this stream is called Neal Creek, although it’s not the original one applied. If you’d like to get a sneak peak at its headwaters, go clear up on the northwest slope of Snow Peak. That’s your history lesson for the day.
